The Evil Queen Spiced Apple Black Tea

Aromas of fresh baked fruit pies cooling on the cottage window make this a Fall favorite. Sweet notes of apple, cranberry, and spice are blended with rolled black tea leaves that mirror the Evil Queen’s dark twisted soul.

Channel your inner villain with this black tea mixture that is truly the fairest of all teas. Aromas of this villainous brew will have you envisioning poison apples and falling into a spell over how tasty it is! 

Warming sweet flavors of apple pie and fresh baked fruit tarts with notes of pomegranate, cranberry, and spice all come together to create a devilishly delicious dessert. 

Also in the blend is a high grade of rolled black tea leaves called black snail; while there are no actual snails used, these tiny balls of black and gold tea leaves give an ominous look to the blend and create a fullness in the flavor profile. 

The blend is finished off with a sprinkling of hibiscus flowers, which gives the brewed tea a slightly reddish hue and just a bit of tartness.

Steeping Instructions

Use one heaping teaspoon per 8 oz cup of water

Let steep 3-5 minutes in hot water 208° (boiling) longer steep times will bring out more bitterness
