Shipping policy
Guidelines we ship by are:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. However, shipping may occasionally take up to 10 business days.

Once a label is printed, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update from the carrier.

Orders containing a preorder item will ship when the entire order is in stock and ready to ship. (For a $10 split shipping fee, we can ship available items now - please email at hello@mymagicaldisneyshopper.com)
HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, & PO BOXES

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs

Once we have your order packaged, we will calculate the exact shipping cost, less any shipping already paid, and send an invoice via Square or the balance.

Canceled orders are subject to a 20% fee.

Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 30 days and the order will be refunded with a 20% fee.
INTERNATIONAL

The customer is responsible for any additional international shipping costs (including prepaid duties and taxes when applicable)

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Ruh Roh!

For packages that arrive damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@mymagicaldisneyshopper.com

If your tracking information has not updated or appears to have stalled (ie, no movement in over a week), please contact us at hello@mymagicaldisneyshopper.com

We are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen when the tracking information shows them as delivered. You can reach out to the carrier for more information on delivery. However, we are unable to file a claim for packages marked as delivered.
