What if I don’t like my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via the form on our website and let us know. All emails are answered within 2 business days. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we want to you be thrilled to receive your special delivery! 

Returns incur a 30% restocking fee due to the fact that we curate each order specifically for you. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the shipped date.

Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

Shoes must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs. 

Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from when they are received. When we have processed your return, we will send a notification to the email address on file. Returns mailed back to My Magical WDW Shopper within 7 days of receiving the product will be eligible for a refund of store credit minus original shipping and our 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Return shipping fee is not refundable and will not be covered by My Magical WDW Shopper.

Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items include all DEAL OF THE DAY items, SALE items, and COUPON CODE items as well as Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals and codes.

Please remember it can take some time (roughly 7-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Are there any exceptions to your Return Policy? 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How will my items be shipped? 

All items will be shipped in the most cost effective method with tracking.  Once your label has been created, the tracking information will be provided to you.  Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit once the carrier takes possession of the item.   We will take great care in wrapping your items so that they arrive safely, but if you ever have an issue-please let us know and we'll do what we can to rectify the situation.

How long will it take for my items to get to me?

While we would love to be as big as Amazon, our small team does the best they can to get your package out as fast as possible. After your invoice is paid, we try our best to ship from our business within 3-7 business days. If at anytime (throughout the year) you need “rush shipping” please let us know, and we will work with you on expedited shipping for an additional fee. 

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. 

When your order is shipped you will receive tracking to your email.

Help! My item was received damaged!

Life happens! Sometimes items arrive damaged and broken.  If you believe you have received defective merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned. In the rare event that one of your items comes damaged, please contact us if this happens with photos of both the package and the damaged merchandise so that we can help you with a UPS, FedEx or USPS claim. Damage to product packaging and crate boxes do not qualify for a replacement. Because of inventory changes, issues must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

Help! I think my package is lost!

Items that are lost require a 21 day wait period before a claim may be initiated. After that time, 7-10 days is required for the processing of the claim. Refunds and replacements are not issued unless a claim is settled with compensation successfully  issued by the insurance carrier.  Claims are dependent on the postal service and/or shipping carrier insurance policies.   We cannot  guaranteed claims will be approved.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. a 30% restocking fee will be charged and original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How is shipping calculated? 

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by adding product to your shopping cart and including basic shipment information, which includes your nation and postal code.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UPS Delivery Attempts

UPS makes three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be abandoned.  Once a shipment is abandoned, it cannot be recovered.  If you refuse a shipment or the shipment is abandoned, it cannot be recovered, and My Magical WDW Shopper will not issue you a refund for your order.

International Shipping

International Order shipping is only an estimate for shipping charges. If additional shipping fees are required, you will receieve a second invoice with additional fees. 

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. My Magical WDW Shopper has no control over these charges, nor can My Magical WDW Shopper predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Customers: please refrain from mailing items addressed to the countries listed here, until further notice.

Treat Shipping

Due to these items being Perishable and Custom Made to Order, there are no returns, exchanges, refunds or reimbursements for any reason whatsoever. These items are NOT insurable, and are SOLD AS IS UPON DELIVERY. We cannot be held liable for marshmallow ears that fall off during shipping, chocolate cracking, freezing, melting, crunchy gooey stickiness, or any other manner of chaos that may arise from shipping these items.
