Refund policy

We know that sometimes things just don't fit right and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. That's why we are happy to accept returns and offer exchanges as long as you contact us within 7 days of package delivery.  All items must be in new condition with any and all tags attached and in unwashed/unmodified condition.  Items returned must arrive back to My Magical WDW Shopper odor free. Items returned that smell of smoke/pet urine will not be accepted and returned back to the purchaser, and that customer will not be allowed to return items in the future.

All returns will be given My Magical Disney Shopper shop credit for future purchases.  Please email hello@mymagicaldisneyshopper.com for a Return Authorization Form.  All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

If you return an item without contacting us first, you risk not being refunded for your item. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping. The following items are considered Final Sale: Any food products (ex: candy, popcorn, snacks, etc); jewelry (including necklaces, bracelets, and earrings); blind box or mystery figures (any brand); diamond paintings; and any clearance or discounted items.
