Colors of the Wind Strawberry Pineapple Green Tea
Colors of the Wind Strawberry Pineapple Green Tea
Can you taste with all of the colors of the wind? We approached this tea with a simple idea, what do colors taste like and how can we see these flavors in a new light. Sometimes, all it takes is a different perspective to change your taste. The colors used in the animation of this song are expressed in this tea with sun sweet pink strawberries and the energizing glow of a pineapple sun. The tea leaves themselves are visually similar with colors of pink, purple, and orange dancing through.
For the base of this blend, we combined a bright green tea with fresh tender white tea leaves to symbolize the abundance of new growth and life seen in nature. This light tea base brews a yellow color bringing in the imagery of rolling through the sunflower fields.
Lastly, we added a very important ingredient to symbolize the importance of the harvest and nature’s gold, corn. Using dried grain in teas is not uncommon, think barley and rice. The corn in this blend adds a touch of sweetness, but is more of a visual component.
We put a lot of thought into this blend and the resulting taste is just pure magic. It is delicate, fruity, soft, and enchanting. The simple flavors of strawberry and pineapple transform into a whirl of color.
